These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CycleCal mobile application ("App") and the website at cyclecal.com ("Site"). By using CycleCal, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using CycleCal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use CycleCal. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
CycleCal is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device. Information provided is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health.
CycleCal is not approved for use as contraception or for pregnancy prevention. Cycle predictions are estimates only and should not be relied upon for family planning decisions.
CycleCal does not require registration. Your cycle data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backing up any data you wish to preserve.

The App, its design, code, content, and trademarks are owned by the operators of CycleCal and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into the App.
CycleCal integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude API), Resend, RevenueCat, Apple HealthKit, Apple Calendar, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services.
CycleCal is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of CycleCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of CycleCal are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
